I made a commitment to myself and started this journey several months ago. Understanding that a mentor is needed, along with being accountable is top priority. So I'm now in the process of looking for a mentor. This blog and YouTube account was started to keep me accountable while I search for my mentor. I'm 67 years young, with 23% extra body fat, 90 pounds over weight and a Giant Attitude that I am succeeding as I speak. The extra pounds have caused inflammation and pain. Being Solution orientated I designed a plan that includes measurement and tweaking as I monitor daily, weekly, and monthly. Writing this blog helps me feel I'm in touch with myself and my emotions, while at the same time letting go of emotional clutter that no longer serves me. Self discovery and personal growth has been part of life since I was 16. My success is in direct proportion to the time I have spent reading and learning more about me. So up ward and onward.
